Duelz Casino Review

Duelz Casino will launch as a new online casino in October 2018. The gaming provider relied entirely on the mobile version and only went online later with an emulator for the desktop. Revolutionary is the duel system, which is one of the highest levels of gamification. Duelz is a relatively new online casino operated by SuprPlay Company Limited. The company can rely on mobile players and especially players who enjoy slot duels against other users.

Duelz Casino Review

Duelz will launch as a new online casino in October 2018. The casino has been made very playful and you can fight against other players with spells, weapons, defense objects and of course the winnings in the slot in a direct 1: 1 duel.

My experience with Duelz Casino

The casino has been made very playful and you can fight against other players with spells, weapons, defense objects and of course the winnings in the slot in a direct 1: 1 duel.A unique concept has thus been created, which no longer relies on bonuses or other promotions, but only lives on a high score that can be climbed through victories in the duels. In the following I take a closer look at the online casino in terms of user-friendliness, game selection choice, live betting casino, application, customer  care support, player right protection as well as deposits and withdrawals of cash .

The last time I played at Duelz was at the beginning of July 2019. In October 2018, I had already carried out a first test on my cell phone and tried the desktop emulation software in January 2019. Almost half a year later, emulation software is still used for the desktop. I had played again for a new review and had only moderate success with games like Crystal Ball from Bally Wulff slot and Hotline from NetEnt slot. With fees I paid € 25.62 and ended up paying € 53. Overall, I still find the casino a little getting used to with the duels and gamification.. As always, gains or losses on a test result should not change anything.

User friendliness

Duelz sees itself as a magical casino. Maybe that’s why you don’t rely on a classic layout. For smartphone users, there is a register button on the side of the page and a menu. Otherwise, on the top of the page you can see the logo of the casino and in the background the magician and the elf, who are fighting a bitter duel. To see the game selection, you have to register first. The first registration is done in a few steps. You have to enter an email, a unique password, your full name, full address, date of birth, gender and a contact number. Without any check, you are immediately logged in and asked how you can be informed about bonuses.

In the desktop version, navigating through the game selection is very unfamiliar, since the emulator has various scroll bars that you have to move horizontally – it is completely optimized for mobile devices. At Duelz you can only play all games with real money. If you have more than € 2.50 in your account and start playing, a bar will always open at the bottom of the screen for the duels. You can fold it in, but somehow it’s always there. It can be annoying.
